आज मै आपको जिस डिपार्टमेंट के बारे में बताने जा रहा हु उसका नाम है।

आज मै आपको अपने वर्क से जुड़ी हुई बातो को बताने जा रहा हु जो मेरे साथ क्या क्या हुआ।
मैने ३ मई २०१८ को दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण में एक पलम्बर के रोल में किसी ने प्राइवेट से मुझे वहा लगाया मैंने वहा काम करना स्टार्ट किआ मैने वहा के ऑफिस में काम करने वाले सरकारी लोगो से बातचीत करना सुरु किया। जैसे जैसे टाइम बीतने लगा मैंने जाना की सरकारी कर्मचारी लोग कभी भी ठीक से काम नही करते।
मै जिस डिपार्टमेंट में लगा था वो एक मेन्टेनेन्स डिपार्टमेंट था। वैसे मै अपने काम से मतलब रखता था अपने टाइम से ऑफिस पहुँचता था और किसी भी काम को पेंडिंग नही छोड़ता था मैने जाना कैसे लोग वहा पर ऑफिस पहुंचने के समय के बाद आते थे पर उनके ऊपर कोई भी करवाही नही होता है।
मैने देखा की वहा के कई कर्मचारी सुबह आकर अपने फिंगर से अटेंडेंस लगाकर चले जाते और फिर शाम को दुबारा छुट्टी के समय आते और फिर से अटेंडेंस लगते और चले जाते उनमे से कई लोग तो सुबह आते और अटेंडेंस लगते और दिन भर शराब पीते शाम होने पर अटेंडेंस लगते और चले जाते थे।
मैंने जाना की इनके पास काम तो है पर ये लोग जिस काम के रोले पे लगे थे वो काम करते ही नही थे। इसका कारण ये था ये लोग जिस ऑफिसर के अंडर में थे वो इनलोगो को कुछ बोल नही सकता था क्यों की अगर ऑफिसर अगर सही होता तभी तो कर्मचारी भी सही होते।
इनका जो क्लर्क था वो तो जबतक मैने काम किया तबतक कभी भी टाइम से नही आया वो हमेशा यही कहता की मै सदन में था क्यों की उसे वहा का काम भी करना पड़ता था। मैने दूसरे लोगो से जाना की ये कभी कभार सदन जाता है ये घर से १ बजे निकलता है और ऑफिस २ बजे पहुँचता है।
मैने जाना की उनका ऑफिसर जो की ए इ था वो एक बहुत ही करप्ट ऑफिसर था वो जो भी टेंडर लगाता और जिसका लगता था उससे ५० % कमीशन लेता था मतलब अगर किसी ठेकेदार का टेंडर लगता था उससे बोलता था की सामान सस्ता लगाना और बिल महंगे सामान का लेना और मुझे देना वो इस बिल को अपने इम्प्रेश में लगता और ठीकेदार इसी बिल को अपने टेंडर में लगता इसतरह सरकार से एक ही बिल से दो वार पैसे लिए जाते थे। इतना ही नही काफी काम तो ऐसे होते थे जिस काम का टेंडर निकला उसी से जुड़ी हुई काम एक दो जगह करा दिया जाता और दिखाया जाता की साड़ी जगहों पे काम हो गया। और ठेकेदार को बोलता था की लेबर और सामान का पैसे निकलकर बाकि बचे को ५० % मुझे दो और बाकि अपने पास रखो।
मैने जाना की सरकार के द्वारा जो न्यूनतम लेबर तै किया गया है उतना वो किसी को देता ही नही था। आज के समय में एक एक झाड़ू लगाने वाले की वेतन सरकार द्वारा १५४०० है वो इनको ठेकेदारों से ७००० ही दिलवाता था ये लोग भी क्या करते काम छूट जाने के डर से करते थे।
मैंने जाना की ये ऑफिसर बिना काम किए हुए भी समानो का बिल वनवाकर उसको अपने इम्प्रेस में लगता और सरकार से पैसे ले लेता था।
एक दिन वहा पे उस ऑफिसर की जॉयनिंग हुआ मैने सोचा की अब सब ठीक हो जायगा पर उसको भी अपने साथ मिला लिया उस भर्स्ट ए इ ने।
ए इ (असिस्टेंट इंजीनियर ) सहायक अभियंता सुरु में उसके पास काम बहुत थे तो उसने मुझे रखा पर आज ६ जनवरी २०२० को मुझे निकाल दिया गया क्यों की अब काम कम है और मैंने जाना की उसको मेरे खिलाफ ऑफिस के उन लोगो ने भड़काया था जिनका काम मैंने घर जाकर नही किया उनलोगो ने मेरे बारे में पता नही क्या क्या बोला था उसे भड़काने वाले लोगो में एक तो वो था जो डेली सुबह आता और अटेंडेंस लगाकर चला जाता था और कलर्क और और भी लोग थे।

Today I am going to tell you the things related to my work, what happened to me.
On 3 May 2014, in the role of a member of the Delhi Development Authority, I started to work with a private person, I started working there, I started talking to the government people working in the office of there. As time passed, I came to know that government employees never work properly.
The department I was working in was a maintenance department. By the way, I used to mean by my work, I used to reach office from my time and did not leave any work pending. I knew how people used to come there after the time of reaching office but there is no tax on them.
I noticed that many of the employees would come there in the morning and go with their finger, and then they would come again in the evening and again they would attend and go away, many of them would come in the morning and attend and drink alcohol throughout the evening. But the attendants used to go and go.
I knew that they have work but these people were not working on the role they were working on. The reason for this was that the officer who was under these people could not speak anything to the people because if the officer was right then the employees would also be right.
His clerk, he never came on time till I worked, he always said that I was in the house because he had to work there too. I knew from other people that it goes to the house occasionally, it leaves the house at 1 o'clock and reaches the office at 2 o'clock.
I knew that his officer who was AE was a very corrupt officer who used to put a tender and used to take 50% commission from what he thought meant that if a contractor used to tender, he would say to make the goods cheaper and the bills expensive. Taking the goods and giving me, he would think of this bill in his impression and he would have used this bill in his tender, thus money was taken from the government two times from the same bill. Not only this, there was a lot of work like this, the work for which the tender came out, the work related to it would be made one to two places and it was shown that the work was done on the saree places. And used to say to the contractor that 50% of the remaining money from the labor and goods is given to me and keep the rest with you.
I knew that the minimum labor expenditure done by the government was not given to anyone. In today's time, the salary of one sweeper is 15,600 by the government, he used to get it from the contractors for only 4000, for fear of missing work.
I learned that this officer, without working, used to take the bill of goods in his own impress and used to take money from the government.
One day there was joining of that officer, I thought that everything will be alright now, but that Bharst AE has also mixed it with him.
